Application of Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) To Improve The Students’ Mathematical Communication Ability

This article will discuss the communication skills of SMP IT Al Ikhwan students in class VII-1 and VII-2 each with a total 32 students, after being given learning through RME. Determination sample is done by simple random. The research instrument used this study was test that statistically analyzed using N-Gain. After carrying out series activities starting from pretest, treatment posttest, it can be concluded use RME apparently good for improving mathematical as seen N-Gain acquisition sampled. process uses opens opportunities to able play more active role expressing themselves solving problems realistic mathematics education gets very response, really like feel excited.
